The bed was very comfortable and the room (including the bathroom) was very clean and well laid out. The location of this hotel is excellent, with a short but pleasant walk (mostly flat with a couple of gentle inclines for those with mobility issues) into the central shopping and entertainment area, which is teaming with eateries and shops. The breakfast was excellent with an extensive range of very fresh produce, including rich coffee and lovely bread. The parking outside was easy to access and not too expensive. A supper recommendation would be La Reserve on the same street - truly wonderful food and a very warm welcome from the staff.

For a single person travelling in a group like I was the hotel is good. I have stayed there many times before and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The location is fine right in the center of a small town near to restaurants.

Friendly greeting ,convenient ,room was basic but clean ,breakfast was very good , the hotel was convenient for good choice of restaurants. Free parking outside overnight.

Clean tidy and comfortable room. The hotel was situated in a central location ideal for exploring the town. Special mention to the young lady on reception who was pleasant and friendly, despite having to undertake several other work related tasks at the same time as her role on reception.

Good location near the centre of the town. The room was clean but a little small and a couple more towels would have been nice. We only stayed one night travelling through so was ideal for our needs. The bar restaurant a couple of doors away is an easy choice and serves good food.

Room comfortable and lovely hot water for showers. Location perfect as quite near the town centre but without being noisy. Breakfast great as Gluten free catered for 100% gorgeous little sesame seed rolls plus cakes.❤️

Great position in the centre of Alencon - Parking not included but 40 cheap pay and display slots in front of the hotel. Easy to locate and reception staff helpful.

Room small but had everything needed. The room was quiet but a lot of noise in the early hours from revellers in the street outside. Location near centre perfect and a charming receptionist made us feel welcome. The breakfast was far better than average and included a lot of ‘ extras’
